Teens Arrested with Stolen Car (Endicott Police K9 Tarah)

Five Levittown, PA teenagers were arrested and charged by the Endicott Police with Criminal Possession of a Stolen Property.  The arrests occurred after an Endicott Police Officer attempted to stop 2008 Toyota and the occupants fled.  The investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen from outside of Philadelphia, PA.  Three subjects were immediately caught by officers, and one was located by the Endicott Police K9 Unit during a track.  The fifth surrendered to police.

Two Arrested for Burglary (Endicott Police K9 Tarah)

Jonathan E. Matthews and Taylor D. Lindsey were arrested and charged with Burglary in the Second Degree by the Endicott Police Department after the pair entered a residence on South Roosevelt Ave in the Village and stole a TV.  The Endicott Police K9 Unit conducted a track during which Matthews and Lindsey were apprehended by K9 and patrol officers.

Man accused of stealing purse (Endicott Police K9 Tarah)

State police at Endwell arrested a 23-year-old Endicott man, accusing him of stealing a purse from a vehicle parked at a Sunoco gas station in the Town of Union. 

Jordan C. Nedlik was charged Saturday with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, police said. Nedlik was sent to the Broome County jail without bail after being arraigned in the Town of Union Court.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office and Endicott Police K9 Unit assisted in the arrest by tracking Nedlik.- Kacey Deamer

Teen charged with attempted robbery (Endicott Police K9 Tarah)

ENDICOTT- A 19-year-old Endicott resident was charged with felony first-degree attempted robbery after he tried to rob a convenience store with a butcher knife Thursday morning, village police said.

At around 7:06 a.m., Joseph J. Ravenell, of Grant Avenue, is accused of entering the Quickway at 1308 E. Main St., displaying a butcher knife and demanding the clerk put cigarettes in a plastic bag. A patrol officer responding to the scene observed Ravenell, who fled on foot.

Fifteen minutes later, the Endicott Police K9 Unit tracked the teen who was found hiding in a Grant Avenue basement, police said. He was arraigned in Village of Endicott Court and sent to the Broome County jail without bail.

Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest (Endicott Police K9 Tarah)

Akeilia S. Grate was stopped for speeding on East Main St in Endicott.  The subsequent investigation lead to the Endicott Police K9 Unit being called.  The K9 alerted to crack cocaine in Grate’s vehicle which was recovered along with cash.  Grate was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a felony.
